All those persons will be exempted from showing RT PCR/ TrueNet/ CBNAAT/ RAT Covid Negative Test Report. But after those persons enter the state, it will be mandatory to follow the SOP of the MHA, MoH&FW, GOI state government.

With this, all the persons coming to Uttarakhand state from outside states are compulsorily required to register on Smart City’s web portal ‘http://smartcitydehradun.uk.gov.in’. With this, in view of the weekend crowd in all the tourist places of the state, the district administration will ensure that the tourists strictly follow the COVID guidelines such as social distance, wearing masks and sanitizing hands etc. at these tourist places. Strict action will be taken against the concerned for violating this.
