There is not a single active case in 40 districts of Coronavirus in Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, one active case is left in 16 districts. A total of 11 new infected patients were found in UP, while 18 patients were discharged after recovering.
At present, a total of 145 active cases are left in Uttar Pradesh. While 16 lakh 86 thousand 887 people of the state have become healthy after getting free from corona infection. So far, more than 11 crore 27 lakh 93 thousand COVID vaccine doses have been applied in the state. 8 crore 96 lakh people have taken the first dose of corona vaccine. 60 percent of the population eligible for vaccination has been vaccinated.

Aligarh, Amethi, Amroha, Azamgarh, Badaun, Baghpat, Ballia, Balrampur, Basti, Bahraich, Bhadohi, Deoria, Etah, Fatehpur, Ghazipur, Gonda, Hamirpur, Hapur, Hardoi, Hathras, Jalaun, Kanpur Dehat, Kasganj, Kushinagar, Lakhimpur There is not a single patient of COVID in Kheri, Lalitpur, Maharajganj, Mahoba, Mathura, Mau, Muzaffarnagar, Pilibhit, Rae Bareli, Rampur, Sant Kabirnagar, Shravasti, Sitapur, Sultanpur, Unnao and Varanasi. These districts have become free from corona infection only today.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Thursday that the Uttar Pradesh government has taken all possible steps for the welfare of the differently-abled. On the occasion of the closing ceremony of the ongoing four-day T20 National Disabled Cricket Tournament-2021 at Dr. Sampurnanand Sports Stadium in Sigra, he said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave the word Divyang instead of handicapped. He said that in the last seven years, many programs for distributing artificial limbs and assistive devices to the differently-abled people have gone ahead in the country.
He said that the Uttar Pradesh government is giving pension to more than 10 lakh persons with disabilities and the present government has also done the work of increasing the amount of pension. He said that all efforts were made for the handicapped people to get government facilities. He said that the government cooperates and encourages them in every way for the marriage of differently-abled people.
