Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has besieged the BJP and the Central Government over the case of EVMs being found in a private car in Assam. Priyanka Gandhi tweeted that every time videos of EVMs being taken in private vehicles come out, some things are common among them. Private vehicles belong to BJP candidates and their allies. The video is dismissed as an incident. Priyanka wrote that BJP uses its media system to accuse those who exposed the video.
The fact is that many such cases are coming up, but nothing is being done about them. The Election Commission needs to act decisively on these complaints and reevaluate the cases related to EVMs. All national parties should focus on these matters.
Every time there is an election videos of private vehicles caught transporting EVM’s show up. Unsurprisingly they have the following things in common:
1. The vehicles usually belong to BJP candidates or their associates. ….

What is the whole matter
The case is related to the Patharkandi assembly constituency in Assam, where EVM was found in a white Bolero car. The claim is being made or that the car belongs to Krishnendu Paul, MLA from Patharkandi seat. Krishnendu is also a BJP candidate. The Congress and the AIUDF have asked the Election Commission to investigate the matter, calling it a serious matter.
Assam Congress President Ripun Bora demanded immediate action on the matter from the Election Commission. He tweeted that we hope that the Election Commission will take immediate action. If the open loot and rigging of EVMs is not stopped, then the Congress party will consider boycotting the election. Badruddin Ajmal also wrote in tweeting, polarization failed, vote purchase failed, candidates failed, Jumlebaji failed, double CM failed, double talk failed on CAA. The defeated BJP now has only one way left, the evasion of EVMs. This is a murder of democracy.
