Fry some chopped onion, celery, carrots, garlic in olive oil. Add 2-3 chopped tomatoes and 3 tablespoons tomato puree. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add 1 cup of vegetable stock. Cook for 7-10 minutes and then blend. Now serve it hot.
Creamy Mushroom Soup
In a vessel, add some chopped leeks, celery, cauliflower, onion, garlic to the oil. Add 1 cup of chopped Ceremony Mushrooms to it. Add 1 tablespoon of diazon mustard, 2 cups of vegetable stock, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp of parsley. Now cook it for 20 minutes. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and after that season it with a little salt and pepper.
In a pot, mix 1 cup corn, half cup creamed kernel corn and 2 cups vegetable stock (some chopped onions, celery, carrots, thyme, garlic and parsley in oil with salt and boil in water for 30 minutes) . Cook it on medium flame for 20-25 minutes. In a pan, fry some chopped onions and add 1 tbsp miso to it. Add the corn mixture and cook it for a few minutes. Blend this mixture and strain. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Heat a little oil in a pan. Add some chopped garlic and onion to it. Fry them for 2 minutes and then add one and a half cup chopped potatoes and 1 cup milk. Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Pour them in a blender and mix until the potatoes are mashed. Take it out in a pan and cook it for 2 minutes. Add water only if needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
