What to do if you have fasted

, Eat foods rich in vitamins, minerals, fiber and other nutrients during Sehri and Iftar. For this, eat fibrous fruits, green vegetables, cheese, lentils, curd etc. Apart from this, get the diet chart prepared for you from the specialist. Avoid eating too much oily or spicy food, it can cause problems like gas, acidity etc.
