He has replaced Anil Baijal. Vinay Kumar Saxena has been sworn in as the new LG of Delhi. Dr. Harshvardhan had reached Raj Bhavan to attend his swearing-in program. But he did not get a seat to sit. After which he returned from the program. The news started coming out that due to not getting the preferred seat, he returned from the program.
