It is considered most helpful in normal delivery. By doing this exercise our pelvic muscles become flexible which makes normal delivery easier. To do this you can also take the support of a wall. Keeping your hands straight, stand with your legs slightly apart and then try to sit in the air on your hips. Stay in this position for 2 seconds and then stand straight again. You can do this daily for 10 minutes.
Kegel-
Kegel exercise is also an excellent exercise for normal delivery. This makes your pelvic muscles flexible. This helps in reducing stress during pregnancy. To do this, sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes. And by creating pressure of your urine, stop it for some time, try to remain in this position for 3-5 seconds and then release that pressure. Repeat this process also 10 times.
Butterfly-
Butterfly is also called Titli Asana. This helps in strengthening your pelvic muscles. Which is ready for normal delivery. In this, you sit straight on the floor and join both the feet with the toes and move your feet by holding the toes with both the hands. You can also do this asana daily for 10 minutes.
Yoga and meditation-
Doing yoga and meditation at this time also makes you mentally strong. This helps you stay relaxed and reduces stress. This helps you in reducing back pain and anxiety and prepares you mentally for delivery.
walking-
Walking for half an hour daily also proves helpful for you. You can walk for half an hour in the morning and evening in the third trimester. This gives you strength.
