Janhvi further said that, I thought ‘Okay now something bad has happened’. I deserve it. I deserve this horrible thing that has happened to me. It was a strange feeling of relief. During this interview, the actress also spoke openly on what she felt during COVID after emerging from her mother’s grief. Janhvi said that, during COVID, I was forced to spend a minute with myself and my thoughts, and I realized how damaged I really am. Another aspect of this that I considered, that I think really messed up, was the validation and approval that I sought from my mother. I gave that responsibility to the audience.”
