According to data shared by the Economic Times, companies where work from home was abolished saw resignations of up to 29 percent in August.
At the same time, in companies that have adopted work from home or hybrid work model (work from home or remote work), there were cases of resignation up to 19 percent. This shows that there is anger among the employees over the end of work from home. This is the reason why they are saying ‘bye bye’ to companies.
WFH among 9 percent of companies in India
700 companies were included in the Aon survey. It came out in the survey that now gradually work from home is ending in all companies. Only 9 per cent of companies in India were operating completely as work from home in August. In January, the number of such companies was 38 percent.
But as soon as corporates ended remote work. Similarly, resignations started increasing, which is an indication that the employees have already made up their mind about work from home.
