Flood and Landslide in Nepal: Nepal The rain has taken a formidable form. Due to the torrential rains, there has been a flood situation in the neighboring country. Mountains have slipped in many places and landslides are happening. at least in the past week 33 people died It’s over. Rain has wreaked havoc in Karnali province. According to officials, thousands of people have been shifted from here to a safe place. Hundreds of houses have been destroyed.
According to local media, at least 22 people are missing from the same province and thousands have been injured. Due to incessant rains, it has become difficult to carry out relief work in the difficult mountainous roads. In many provinces, efforts were being made to rescue people through helicopters, but due to bad weather this is not possible. Officials say that unfortunately the weather is not getting right and due to this the rescue work is getting affected.

The water level of the river increased by 39 feet
There have been complaints of many people going missing from Kalikot district. In the last one week, thousands of people have been asked to move from their homes to a safer place due to the warning of rain. According to the emergency administration of Nepal, the water level of Karnali river has increased to 39 feet in many areas of the province. Many bridges over the river have been washed away. The government is trying to deliver relief materials to the people through helicopters. Meanwhile, the United Nations agency is also trying to deliver medicines and food.
Monsoon is about to end
Monsoon is on the verge of ending in Nepal at this time. Usually the monsoon here starts from June and runs till the end of October. This year so far 110 people have died due to diseases spread due to rains.
