Matt Taibbi complained
Matt Taibbi tweeted that he has learned that the substack link has been blocked by Twitter. They came to know that all this is happening because of the Substack Notes platform. He posted that I was given the option to post articles on Twitter. He further said that I will go to the substack notes next week.
1. Substack links were never blocked. Matt’s statement is false.
2. Substack was trying to download a massive portion of the Twitter database to bootstrap their Twitter clone, so their IP address is obviously untrusted.
3. Turns out Matt is/was an employee of Substack.

Elon Musk clarified
Musk also responded to Tabby’s statement. While clarifying, Musk said that the links of Substack have not been blocked. The billionaire businessman tweeted that Matt’s statement is false. He said that Substack was trying to download a large part of Twitter’s database. That’s why their IP address is not trustworthy.
