Gamba walk
A management process was developed in Japan which they speak- Gamba Walk
Meaning, people who are in management go to the factory floor and stand with the workers, interact and open the way of improvement. I saw this many times in police life and many days pic.twitter.com/ies9h2w0x

Inspiration from Japanese Gamba Walk

He wrote that he has done this many times in the police service and has found that only two hours of ground understanding is more effective than many days of training.
Aseem Arun said that he hid identity with the cleaning workers, Gautam ji and Vikas ji and visited the mohallas and during this time he also made four -page notes. He told that from this experience he got to learn a lot, which he would use to further improve the department.
Suggestions from public
