They give seedless plants to the farmers, due to which good production is being done and the income of the farmers has also increased.

Through which farmers of nearby villages are also earning well by doing farming and living a happy life. Good yields are being given by getting good plants, this has brought happiness in their life.
Juvlain Mukut Tiro was born in a farmer family. Both parents worked in the fields. Mukut tells that he learned farming from his parents and started helping him in the field since he regained consciousness in his childhood. He said that his parents did traditional farming (Traditional Farming) did. He never farmed commercially or for profit. He used to cultivate just enough that his food and drink expenses should be met, as well as the cost of education of the crown. He has studied up to Inter. But Mukut changed this trend in his farming and started profitable farming. Today they are benefiting a lot from this.

Mukut tells that he was doing normal farming but once people from Navbharat Jagriti Kendra and Sini Tata Trust organization came to his village and encouraged him for better farming, he got a well with the help of both the organizations, from which he could get more Started farming. Although he had a well, it used to dry up. The new well also dries up during the summer, but now they are doing more farming than before. During this, he was sent to Karnal, Haryana to take training in preparing soilless saplings. There he learned about preparing the nursery. After returning, he felt that it could be a difficult task for him to prepare the saplings and he might not be able to do it well.
Getting help in rural areas
Mukut was afraid that he could not do this work, but the people of the organization supported him a lot. He was given a poly house. The cost of which is three lakh 20 thousand rupees. There was a subsidy of 50 percent on this, although at that time they did not even have the money to give it. Then after demanding from friends and relatives and collecting some money from himself, he gave 30 thousand rupees and took a loan of one lakh 20 thousand rupees from the bank. After this he thought that if he gives good quality vegetable plants to the rural farmers, then it will not only benefit him but all the farmers of the village will be benefited. Thinking of this, he started work. Today, apart from the nearby villages, farmers from Torpa and Kamdara also come to buy saplings. Apart from this, Murhu also gives plants to an organization named Nari Shakti. The women farmers associated with this institution do farming.
Irrigation made easy by solar lift irrigation
Mukut tells that a solar lift irrigation has been installed by the Sini Tata Trust organization in the Banai river near his fields in his village. This has made irrigation easier for them now. However, due to indiscriminate excavation of sand, the water level here also goes down. Due to this, seven acres of land is irrigated there. Mukut himself cultivates watermelon, tomato, brinjal and other vegetables in two acres of land. He said that he is not able to do fully organic farming yet. They prepare tomato, brinjal, chilli, capsicum, cabbage and cauliflower plants with them. They prepare plants by putting cocopit. Along with this, he has prepared wild brinjal and tomato plants with grafting technique.
