Family members weeping after the death of laborers
Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has expressed grief over the death of 4 laborers who died in Andhra Pradesh Chemical Factory.
Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Pradesh6 people died due to fire and explosion after gas leak at Akkireddygudem chemical factory in Eluru, 4 laborers from Bihar are among those killed. All these laborers are from Nalanda of Bihar. (Nalanda Bihar) are residents of the district. They have been identified as Karu Ravidas, Manoj Kumar, Subhash Ravidas and Hardas Ravidas. So there 12 to 13 laborers have been injured in the fierce fire that broke out after the blast. The laborers of Bihar are also the highest among the injured laborers. After the incident, there was chaos in the house of the deceased. So there is a mournful silence in his village.
Karu Ravidas, who lost his life in the accident, is a resident of Narsanda village of Nalanda. While Manoj Kumar Ramson and Suvas Ravidas are also residents of Narsanda village. Habdas Ravidas is a resident of Basnima village. When the family members got the news of his death, there has been a stir here. Karu Ravidas’s father is unable to believe the news of his son’s death, he says that he had left the house only 15 days ago. It’s been more than ten years since he worked there.
CM expressed grief, announced compensation
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed grief over the death of laborers of Bihar in Akkireddygudem Chemical Factory. The CM has expressed his condolences to the victim’s family and announced an ex-gratia grant of Rs 2 lakh each to the next of kin of the deceased and Rs 50,000 each to those injured in the accident. Along with this, Nitish Kumar has directed the local commissioner Delhi to make arrangements for proper treatment of the injured and bringing the mortal remains of the dead to Bihar in coordination with the Andhra Pradesh government.
Andhra Pradesh government is also helping
On the other hand, the Andhra Pradesh government has announced financial assistance of Rs 25 lakh each to the families of the laborers who died in the chemical factory. While the seriously injured will be given a compensation of Rs 5 lakh each. Normally Rs 2 lakh will be given to those injured in the accident.
