Tushar Gandhi On Gandhi Godse One War: Mahatma Gandhi Tushar Gandhi, the great-grandson of Rajkumar Santoshi, has given a statement on Rajkumar Santoshi’s upcoming film ‘Gandhi Godse: Ek Yuddh’. He says that he is not at all surprised by this film. He has said that I have no intention of watching a film in which a murderer is made a hero. Although he also said that he has not seen this film, so he cannot say anything on its merits and demerits.
Rajkumar Santoshi is making a comeback with the film Gandhi Godse Ek Yuddh. Apart from history, it has been shown in the film that what would have happened if Mahatma Gandhi had survived Godse’s attack. On the basis of this the story is woven and it is shown that Mahatma Gandhi survives the attack of Godse and then he meets him in the jail.

Talking to ANI about the film, Tushar Gandhi said, “I am not surprised because for them Godse is a hero, and if they show him as a hero, it should not surprise any of us. But I will not say anything on the merits and demerits of the film because I have not seen it and I have no intention of watching a film which glorifies the killer.
Tushar Gandhi said, “This is being done with full preparation. Everyone has been given roles and they are playing it when their turn comes. The same director (Rajkumar Santoshi) had misrepresented Bapu in the film Bhagat. So it is not surprising that he has made a film to glorify Godse.
