This picture is of March 19, 2015, taken during the Bihar Board exams. This picture was from Bihar’s Vaishali district, where the relatives of the students who had come to give the exam were holding pamphlets by climbing on the school building to make them cheat. The biggest incident of cheating in Bihar came to light in 2016, when Ruby Rai became the topper of class 12th. Ruby Rai was made the topper by running a scam in the board exam.
