In view of the incidents of cheating during the Bihar Board exam, there was a hue and cry in the country. Many foreign newspapers also published incidents of cheating. The biggest incident of cheating in Bihar came to light in 2016, when Ruby Rai became the topper of class 12th. Ruby Rai was made the topper by running a scam in the board exam.
