Speaking on the occasion, Harjot Singh Bains said that where we want to make the education model of Punjab better than the rest of the world.
At the same time, we also want to ensure that the students studying in our government schools do not think after 12th that what to do now. He said that the students studying in government schools of Punjab will no longer be job seekers but job givers.

Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh said that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has decided to launch the ‘Business Blaster Young Entrepreneur’ scheme. This scheme has been started for the students of class 11 and under the first phase it will be started in 31 schools in 9 districts of Punjab State Amritsar, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Sangrur, Hoshiarpur, Ferozepur, Ropar and Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar . At the same time, from the next academic year, it will be implemented in all the schools of the state of Punjab.
He said that there are very capable children studying in government schools in the state of Punjab who have the potential to change the country and the world. I am hopeful that this scheme will not only make the students of our government schools entrepreneurs but will also eliminate many.

Education Minister Harjot Singh said that under the Business Blaster Scheme, first their business proposals will be taken from the children and then those business proposals will be considered with the established industrialists. For those proposals found good, they will be given full guidance by forming a mix group of 8 students. For this, each member of the group will be given 2000 rupees, who will use this money to make their business proposal successful.
