Sandeep Gulati, Managing Director, Manpower Group India said, “Despite rising inflation and geopolitical instability, there is a positive sentiment across sectors to accelerate the reform process and sustain economic growth in India. Earlier, the demand for companies was affected due to the Corona crisis, due to which companies had resorted to layoffs. However, with the signs of demand coming back on track with time, the industry will once again start new recruitments. The survey said that the job outlook is the best in the IT and technology sectors. At the same time, new jobs will also be available in banking, finance, insurance and real estate, restaurants and hotels and manufacturing sectors.
Government will also speed up recruitment
Along with this, the central government has also disclosed its plan for new jobs. The central government is preparing for 10 lakh recruitments in the next one and a half year, these jobs will be available in various departments and ministries of the government.
