Pending 12% will be given later
After the meeting, the PSMSU President said that the Chief Minister assured that the remaining eight percent DA will also be given soon. The employees were demanding implementation of the old pension scheme, release of pending 12 percent DA and regularization of contractual employees. PSMSU on Sunday suspended its more than a month-long strike, which started on November 8. He had postponed his strike before the meeting with the Chief Minister.
