Cold Beverages Sales: Unseasonal rains failed all planning, 38 percent drop in sales from soft drinks to ice cream
The business of cold drinks, ice cream, AC and coolers has cooled down since the beginning of summer this year, including in northern India. The reason for this is the unseasonal rains across the country. Because of which people have distanced themselves from these things and there has been a huge decline in their sales. Due to the cold weather, people did not need these things. Because of which now the companies have also reduced the production of these goods.
According to ice cream companies, this time is the busiest time for them. But, since 2017, this has been the slowest time from the point of view of business. Between March and May, there has been a decline of up to 38 percent in sales of ice cream. However, companies expect that the heat is likely to increase in the coming times.
