Bharti Airtel on Friday launched its ‘Always On’ Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity answer in India, which contains a twin profile M2M eSIM, permitting an IoT system to remain linked to the networks of two telecom operators.
Airtel in an announcement stated that the answer complies with the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI)’s AIS-140 commonplace applied by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH).
It added that the answer is “best suited” for car monitoring suppliers, auto producers, and any use-cases the place gear work in distant places requires ubiquitous connectivity.
