Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has launched a new and ambitious scheme for the youth. The Bihar cabinet has approved the CM Promotion of Readiness, Awareness and Technical Insights for Guiding Youth Advancement. The objective of this scheme is to develop the youth of the state to develop Advantal Skills, develop better employment capacity, lead development and progress in career.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar told through his tweet on his social media X that this scheme has been started under 7 Nishya-2. Under this, from 2025-26 to 2030-31, one lakh youth will be given internships and skill training in various institutions. Under the scheme, 12th pass youth will be given Rs 4000, ITI or Diploma pass, Rs 5000 to youth and Rs 6000 monthly assistance will be given to the youth who have been graduate or postgraduate pass internships.
Youth self -reliant, skilled and employment oriented
The objective of this scheme is to make the youth of Bihar self -reliant, skilled and employment oriented. So that the unemployment of Bihar can be reduced. Nitish Kumar said that this initiative will help the youth to decorate their future. Through this, the youth will not only get technical skills and training, but they will also get strong networking and leadership development opportunities. So that they will not have to wander around for employment in future.

This scheme will open new doors of employment
The state government has also approved the required amount for this scheme. This step will open new doors of employment for the youth of Bihar and will help in strengthening them financially. The government says that it is fully engaged to enable the youth and provide employment opportunities. This scheme has brought a golden opportunity for the youth of Bihar, which will not only enhance their skills, but will also take their career to new heights.
What is the whole problem?
The problem of unemployment in Bihar has been going on since old times. Even today, the most backward states are included. Due to which the youth of Bihar have to migrate for employment and have to move to other cities. To eliminate this problem, the present Bihar government has brought this scheme.
