Iran has not got any help from its neighbors throughout the Israel Iran war. Now this news has shocked that his neighboring country Azerbaijan has betrayed Iran. Residents of Gilan and Mazandran provinces on the banks of the Caspian Sea said that they had heard drones or fighter jets during the Israeli attacks. A resident of Eastern Gilon told Tehran Times that shortly after hearing such voices, a place was attacked in the city.
Both these provinces are very close to Azerbaijan, which also borders the Caspian Sea. Some residents of Ardbeil province, who borders the Caucasian country, have also reported to be seen flying drones from behind the mountains separating the two countries.
All these claims have been made by common citizens living here. Iran's armed forces and its political leaders have not yet officially confirmed these allegations. When Iran's Foreign Minister was asked about Azerbaijan's involvement in attacks, Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmil Bakei said that all the neighboring countries of Iran have assured Tehran that they would not allow Israel to use Israel to use their territory against Iran.
Iran is investigating
He said, “All these countries strongly said that such incidents have not happened and will not happen in future either.” Bakei also indicated that Iran's army and intelligence forces are investigating the case independently.

Azerbaijan and Israel's friendship
Azerbaijan and Israel have a lot of relations and there is energy and military support between the two. Baku is a major oil supplier of Israel, who does about 40 percent of its crude oil imports. Israel is a major weapon supplier of Azerbaijan, who provides drones, missile systems and intelligence techniques. There is not much reports about these reports in Azerbaijan's newspapers.
