Rates of land increased in Lucknow

The announcement of a new circle rates in the prices of land along the roads in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, has created a stir in the real estate market. New circle rates have been released for the major roads of the city and their surrounding areas. According to the new change, ranges from Rs 3,400 to Rs 66,000 per square meter. The areas around Gomtinagar, Shaheed Path and Ayodhya Road are the most expensive, while rates in the outer areas are relatively low.

Why the circle rate of Lucknow increased?

The aim of the new circle rates is to keep pace with market values ​​and increase government revenue. According to officials, private builders and developers were selling property at high prices, while the old circle rates were much lower than the actual market values. Circle rates have been amended to reduce this difference. Especially in major areas like Gomtinagar, Shaheed Path, and Ayodhya Road, prices have increased due to rapid growth and demand. Circle rates are relatively low in the outskirts of area -priced area.

There has been a significant increase in the prices of land around many major roads of Lucknow. Some important circle rates are as follows:

  • Gomtinagar and Shaheed Path: The circle rate in Virajkhand and Vibhutkhand of Gomtinagar is up to Rs 70,000 per square meter. The rate of roads connecting Shaheed Path to Sushant Golf City, Lulu Mall, and Medanta Hospital is Rs 50,000 to 52,000 per square meter.
  • Ayodhya Road: The circle rate from Lekhraj Police Outpost to Convention Center, Shalimar Square, and Shekhar Hospital to Ring Road has been fixed at Rs 49,500 and Rs 53,000 per square meter from Metropolitan Gol Market to Nishatganj bridge.
  • Kapurthala and Aliganj: The circle rate of Kapurthala intersection to Ram Ram Bank and Aliganj Yojana Sector L is Rs 54,000 per square meter, which is one of the most expensive areas in the city.
  • Kisan Path (Outer Ring Road): The rate of revenue villages on both sides within the municipal limits is Rs 20,000 and outside the limit is Rs 15,000 per square meter. This rate in Bakshi's pond is 8,000 to 10,000 rupees.
  • Purvanchal Expressway: The circle rate in this region has been fixed at Rs 6,000 to 10,000 per square meter, which is relatively affordable.
  • Malihabad Mohan Road But the circle rate is Rs 7,000 and Mall Rahimabad Road is Rs 3,400 to 8,200 per square meter.
  • Munshipulia intersection The circle rate from Sector 17 and Biryani House via Metro Station and Arvindo Park is Rs 49,500 per square meter.
  • Atal Chowk to Fountain Crossroads And the rate of roads behind Lulu Mall is Rs 50,000 per square meter.
  • On Rae Bareli Road The old segment rate in Mohanlalganj and Sarojninagar is Rs 18,000 to 40,000 and Rs 15,000 per square meter from Junabganj to Bhagu Kheda on Kanpur Road.
  • Nilamatha underpass The rate of roads of Vijayanagar intersection and Vrindavan scheme is Rs 40,000 per square meter.
