A major goal of the yatra is to increase employment opportunities in Madhya Pradesh. Thousands of youth are expected to get employment by setting up new industries through investment proposals. For example, an investment proposal of ₹ 15,606 crore was received in a session recently held in Ludhiana, which is expected to create more than 20,275 employment.
