Shefali Jariwala’s sudden death at 42 has left fans shocked and confused. Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has now shared his thoughts, saying bad habits and modern living are cutting human life short. Speaking to NDTV, he said that humans are naturally meant to live for 150 to 200 years, but unhealthy lifestyles are damaging the body early.
Police say Shefali likely died of cardiac arrest. They also said that she had been using anti-ageing medicines for several years without medical advice. While the investigation is still going on, Ramdev’s comments have added to the growing debate about lifestyle and sudden heart attacks.
Shefali Jariwala Death: Baba Ramdev Labels It ‘Software’ Failure
Ramdev explained his point with a tech example. He stressed that just because someone looks healthy doesn’t mean they are healthy inside. Ramdev said, “The hardware was fine, the software was faulty. The symptoms were fine, the system was faulty,”
Talking about the sudden deaths of Shefali and actor Sidharth Shukla, Ramdev said the real issue is what’s happening inside the body. He said people are overloading their bodies by living too fast. According to him, people are eating food meant for 100 years in just 25 years, putting pressure on the heart, brain, liver, and other organs.
He also warned against interfering with the body’s natural ageing. He said that every cell has a natural lifespan, and when you mess with it, through medication or bad habits, it can cause disasters like heart attacks.
Ramdev, who is over 60, said he stays fit and energetic because of yoga, a healthy diet, and clean living. He advised people to focus on building internal strength, not just looking healthy on the outside.
Anti-Ageing Medicines Found At Her Residence
Mumbai Police found some worrying things during their search of Shefali’s home. They found two boxes filled with medicines. Sources say she had been taking anti-ageing drugs for the past 7-8 years without a doctor’s supervision.
Among the drugs found were glutathione, a medicine used for skin fairness and detox, Vitamin C injections, and acidity pills. This suggests she may have been self-medicating to maintain a youthful look, which could have impacted her health.
Shefali became famous with her hit song “Kaanta Laga” and made a name for herself in entertainment industry. But behind the fame, it now seems she may have been dealing with silent health struggles.
