Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has given great assurance to Ramlila organizers. He said that the Delhi government will work towards implementing a single window system for the Ramlila staging, so that the organizers do not face any problem in getting permission. The Chief Minister has promised this in a special meeting held at the Delhi Secretariat on Saturday. Cabinet Minister Ashish Sood, Kapil Mishra and senior officers of various departments were present in this meeting.
Ramlila organizers have shared their problems in the meeting. He informed that there is a lot of difficulty in taking NOC from different departments like DDA and Municipal Corporation Horticulture Department for staging. Many times the permission process is delayed. Which affects the event. The organizers also suggested that an ambulance will be arranged for emergency at Ramlila sites. So that health facilities can be provided in emergency.
CM heard the problems of organizers
The Chief Minister heard the problems of the organizers seriously and immediately discussed this with the authorities. He said that the Delhi government considers Ramlila not only an event, but also to promote Indian culture and moral values. He described the life of Lord Shri Ram as a symbol of truth, religion and duty and has also emphasized the need to connect the younger generation with it.
Single window system will be created for Ramlila: CM
Rekha Gupta said that 'the aim of our government is that neither Ram devotees nor Shiva devotees have any kind of trouble. The way arrangements have been made for the Kandar Yatra. Similarly, complete preparation will also be done for Ramlila. He instructed the officials to make the permission process easier through single window system. Officials also assured that there will be no delay in permission this time.
The organizers invited CM to join Ramlila
At the end of the meeting, the organizers thanked the Chief Minister and invited him to join his respective Ramlila. The Chief Minister appreciated the enthusiasm of the organizers and said that the Delhi government would make every effort to preserve this cultural heritage. The Delhi government will ensure that this entire celebration can be completed with any obstacle, full devotion and gaiety. He said that our effort will be that we can ensure it at all levels.
