There is good news for the residents of Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh. The Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) is now going to settle a new and modern residential township near the city. For this, the BDA has put an eye on the land of 10 villages on Pilibhit bypass road. After developing this township, people from Bareilly and nearby will get a better and safe environment to live. BDA Vice President Dr. A. Manikandon himself is very serious about this project. He along with his officials visited these villages and inspected the land opportunity. He was accompanied by BDA Secretary Vandita Srivastava, OSD Gautam Singh, XEN APN Singh, Assistant Engineer Anil Kumar, Architect and Town Planner. Survey has been done with a drone camera.
Actually, BDA conducted a drone survey first to bring this project to the ground. It was seen from the drone that this township can be developed on how much land in which village. As soon as the report of the survey came, the BDA vice -president visited the villages and inspected the land. Now the next step is to talk to the farmers and buy or acquire their land.
The BDA vice -president has instructed its officials to complete the land acquisition process soon, so that the work can start on time. He said that the farmers will be talked about together and their land will be taken by giving appropriate compensation.
New township will be built in these villages
The villages which will be involved in this new township include Kumhara, Navadia Kurman, Ahladpur, Aspur, Khubchand, Ahpura Jagir, Varkapur, Kalapur, Harharpur and Mahorania. The BDA will set up a new township on the land of these villages. BDA officials say that this township will be completely modernized. It will have all the facilities like wide roads, parks, sewerage and drainage systems, street lights, shopping complex, school, hospital. XEN APN Singh said that the design of the township is being prepared in such a way that people should not lack any facility.
Why is this township special for Bareilly people?
The population is increasing day by day in Bareilly. The old mohallas have now become more crowded and traffic. In such a situation, this new township of BDA will bring relief for the people of Bareilly. Here people will be able to live in open air, children will be parked to play and every facility will remain near their house. BDA officials said that the development of Bareilly will get a new speed as soon as this project is completed. The price of surrounding lands will also increase and new employment opportunities will also be created there.
It is expected that soon the land acquisition will be completed with consent from the farmers and after that the construction of the township will be started rapidly. The BDA said that he is trying his best to complete this project on time.
