One day while chatting, Sagar called the person to drink coffee in a coffee shop. Here the accused met the complainant with the accused woman of their group. During this time, the woman told the person that there is no one at her house and she does a very good massage. The person went to her house after coming to the woman's words.

As soon as the woman went inside the room, the woman asked the victim to take off the clothes. As soon as he took off the clothes, the other 4 accused came inside the room and started threatening the person that if he did not give 10 rupees, he would make his video public. The accused did not stop at this time, he kept the complainant tied in that room and kept beating him for a long time. They also forced them to sell the gold chain in the neck of the person.
