Haj journey
If you wish to go on Haj in the year 2026, then this news is very important for you. Under the Ministry of Minority Affairs, the Haj Committee of India has officially started the application process for Haj 2026 for the Muslim community. The application window for Haj 2026 has opened since 7 July 2025. Online applications will be accepted by 31 July.
In such a situation, people who want to go on Haj can submit their application through the official Haj portal https://hajcommittee.gov.in or Haj SUVIDHA mobile application. According to the Ministry of Minority Affairs, the online application window will be open from 7 July 2025 to 31 July 2025 (11:59 pm).
Necessary guidelines
According to the ministry, applicants have been requested to read the guidelines and promissory comments well before submitting their form. Passport issued on or before the last date of application is mandatory. Passport should be valid by at least 31 December 2026.

The Haj Committee has advised the applicants to carefully consider their preparations before applying. The committee says that the applicant may be fined and can suffer financial loss on the case of cancellation of application except for the unfortunate incident of death or serious medical emergency.
