The arrested accused include Mohini Sharma alias Mohini Devi age 65 years, Sumit Tirkey age 22 years, Paras Kumar alias Golu age 25 years, Mo. Ismail age 29 years and a minor teenager.

65 year old woman arrested

Kotwali DSP Prakash Soy told that, Ranchi SSP Chandan Sinha had received secret information that the 65 -year -old woman named Mohini Devi alias Mohini Sharma, she works as a purchase of brown sugar in her rented house and operates a network of drug trade. After this a team was formed under the leadership of Kotwali DSP. Mohini Sharma's house was raided by the team constituted. During this period, about 50 pudding brown sugar and a smartphone were recovered.

Arrest has been done before

Earlier, Ruby Devi alias Bhabhi, a resident of Sasaram, Bihar, was also arrested by the Ranchi Police in June this year. During the investigation, the police came to know that the entire family of Ruby Devi alias Bhabhi ji was involved in drug trade. Many cases have been registered in his name in Sukhdevanagar police station in Ranchi. On the basis of which he was arrested by the Ranchi Police. After sister -in -law, 65 -year -old grandmother Amma has been arrested for running brown sugar business.
