Disha Salian Case
The Mumbai Police has made a big claim in the Bombay High Court on Wednesday in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput's former manager Disha Salian. The police have filed an affidavit saying that no medical and scientific evidence has been found for the murder of Disha Salian or any sexual harassment with him. The Mumbai Police in its affidavit also made it clear that there is no evidence to confirm the allegations of the petitioner, in which Disha's murder and Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray faction) MLA Aditya Thackeray was said to have a connection with the case.
In fact, Disha's father Satish Salian filed a petition in the High Court, in which he claimed that his daughter was killed and was gangraped before that. He demanded a CBI inquiry into the case. On Wednesday, this petition came in front of the bench of Justice Ajay Gadkari and Justice Arif Doctor for hearing. During this time, a senior inspector of Malwani Police Station filed an affidavit in the case. The claims of Satish Salian have been denied in this affidavit.
Investigation team gave an affidavit in court
The affidavit has given full details of what happened on the day of the incident. Police have said that at the time of the incident, there were continuously the same in the statements of their boyfriends and friends present along the direction. The police said in their affidavit that the medical evidence of the case has not found any evidence of the killing of Disha, but in his post -mortem report it is clear that he died due to head injury.
Nothing new found in Disha's case
The police further said that the Special Investigation Team (SIT) has also not found anything new other than the police investigation. The police said in their affidavit that the investigation is still going on, but the petitioner's allegations are baseless. The police has demanded the court to dismiss the petition.
