On June 7, the makers of AA22xa6 shared a video of Deepika Padukone welcoming in the film. At the beginning of the video, the actress appeared discussing the script with Atally, before reaching the set and starting the film's preparation. In the caption of the clip, the makers described Deepika as a “queen” which is ready for “victory”. Initial rumors were getting hints that the film could have two heroes story, but Allu Arjun's team has recently made it clear that the actor will be seen in dual roles, which has led to another interesting turn in the film's story.
Decision taken after exit with 'Spirit'
The shooting of the film will start in the mid of 2025 and its grand release is being planned in 2026. It is also worth noting that Deepika Padukone signed the film when Sandeep Reddy Wanga removed her from the Prabhas starrer film Spirit. According to reports, his demands like eight hours of work, higher fees and stake in the film's profit did not appeal to Director Wanga. Deepika, who has recently become a mother, is allegedly trying to balance her work and personal life by reducing her work hours.
