Stock market

There may be a decision between India and America regarding the mini trade deal in the next 24 to 30 hours. There is expected to have a business agreement between the two countries. So in whatever way the business will talk. Its effect will be seen on the Indian market. Also, this week, some companies have also received the results of the first quarter. Their effect can also be seen on the market. Let us know that along with these two factors, what are the other big news, whose impact can be seen on the market.

On Friday, the Indian stock market closed with green mark. The market's major index Sensex closed at 83,432.89 with a rise of 42 points. At the same time, the Nifty 50 also saw a rise. However, if we look at the graph of the last week, the Nifty 50 and the Sensex have fallen by 0.70 percent during the week.

These factors will see the impact on the market

Indo-US Mini Trade Deal

According to media reports, there may be a mini trade deal between India and America before July 9. Experts say that its effect can be seen on IT, pharmaceuticals and auto component sectors. The coming week is important not only for Indian markets but also for global markets. The impact of the country in which the trade deal will be in favor can be clearly visible on the markets.

Companies result

The income season of Indian companies for the first quarter of FY 26 is starting next week. IT giant TCS and Tata Alexi will declare their Q1 results on Thursday, July 10, while retail veteran Deamart will show its results on Friday, July 11. Everyone will be eyeing the commentary of growth guidance and management, and this can affect the market sentiment to a great extent.

Foreign investors' trend

Foreign portfolio investors (FPIs) are selling in Indian equity this month amidst uncertainty about India-US trade deal, boom in market valuation, and lack of new positive triggers. So far in July, FPI has sold shares worth Rs 5,773 crore in the cash segment. Foreign Capital's frequent exit can keep the domestic market sluggish.

Vijaykumar further said that if a trade deal is done between India and the US, then it will be positive for the market and FPI flos. Also, if the Q1 results shows growth in income, then it will also boost. Disappointment on these factors can hit the market and FPI flos.

American fomc meeting

Between the trade deal and the noise of income, the global markets will closely analyze the US Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) minutes of June 17-18, so that they can understand how Fed officials see inflation, growth, and future rate path. The next policy meeting of the US Federal Reserve is scheduled on 29-30 July. Experts are expecting a possible rate cut in September, but recent jobs shows that the US Labor Market is strong, which is giving a scope to delay the Fed in the policy.
