French car company Reno's popular 7 -seater car Tribe will soon be updated with new features. It is a MPV (multi-purpose vehicle) and is counted among 7-seater cars with affordable prices in India. In this segment, cars like Maruti Suzuki's Ertiga, Kia's Carens and Toyota's Rumion are already present. Now Reno is preparing to bring its car with a new avatar i.e. facelift, which will be the biggest change after its launch in 2019.
The biggest feature of the tribe is its low price and it is expected that in the facelift version, the company will remain on this strategy. This new model can be launched by the end of this year. During the testing of this facelift version, its glimpse has been seen on the roads before. Now once again its Test version has been seen in Chennai, which has given an idea of changes in its design.
What will be the change?
The new Renault facelift will see many cosmetic changes from outside. Its design will be slightly rounded before. The design of the headlamps will be changed and the new LED DRL will be given in them which will look like eyebrows. The front grille i.e. further lattice will also be given a new look. Some changes can also be made in the bumper. At the same time, the design and back of its wheels will also change. A LED strip can also be given to connect both the rear lights.
What will happen new from inside?
Information about internal design has not been received yet, but it is expected that the dashboard and center console will get a new design. The seven -seat system will remain as before. Along with this, some new features can also be added, which will make it look more attractive.
Engine and performance
As far as the engine is concerned, there will be no change in it. The Tribe facelift will be given a 1.0 -liter natural aspirated petrol engine as before, which produces 71 bhp strength and 96 Nm torque. Earlier this year, the Tribal Petrol-CNG variant also came, which will also be kept in the facelift. Talking about gearbox, it will be given 5-speed manual and 5-speed AMT (automatic) gearbox options as before.
