The Industries Minister said that the state government's target should be deposited on this portal at least 10 thousand ideas. The expert team will investigate these proposals and connect the selected ideas to the market and investor. The portal is also mobile friendly. Therefore, youths of villages and towns will also be able to register easily.
Bihar at third place in start-up
The Industries Minister also said that about 1.5 lakh start-ups are registered in India and Bihar is at the third position. In the last one year, one thousand new start-ups of Bihar have been selected. Idea will be invited by August 10 and the winners will be announced at the end of August. Any interested participant can submit their idea by visiting www.startupbihar.in.
The selected start-up will be given funding up to Rs 10 lakh under the start-up Bihar policy. Trophy advisory services and state-level identity will be given. He said that thousands of women will also move on the path of entrepreneurship like a living start-up Didi.

Additional Chief Secretary of the Department of Industries, Mihir Kumar Singh said that this initiative will break the urban-focused start-up culture and reach rural communities, artisans, farmers and deprived sections.
