Raj Thackeray
There is a constant controversy over Hindi and Marathi language in Maharashtra. A complaint has been lodged against Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Raj Thackeray. A complaint has been sent to Maharashtra Director General of Police (DGP) Rashmi Shukla against the disputed speech given by Raj Thackeray at NSCI Dome on July 5.
Raj Thackeray said in his speech, “If you beat up people, beat them, but do not make any video on this matter. The state DGP Rashmi Shukla has taken cognizance on his complaint against his statement.”
The complaint states that in the last few days, many incidents of linguistic atrocities, assault and public insults have come to light by the workers of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena. This is a serious and anti -constitutional situation, which is disrupting social harmony and law and order in the state.
Raj Thackeray gave an inflammatory, malicious and stimulating speech during a public meeting at Worli Dome in Mumbai, in which he took an aggressive stance towards citizens of other states. Especially, during his speech, Raj Thackeray said that do not make a video of any such incident with the traditional people. ” This information is clearly supporting a serious and pre-planned crime, as well as encouraging the purpose of destroying or hiding evidence, which falls under the category of crime under different sections of the Indian justice system.
Case filed for beating rickshaw driver
On the other hand, a case has been registered against 11 people in the case of beating a rickshaw driver opposing the Marathi language in Virar adjacent to Mumbai. A case has been registered against him under sections 189, 190, 191 (2), 115 (2) 351 (2) 126 (2) of the Indian Code.
During this time, MNS chief Raj Thackeray had said that the triple formula implemented by the state government was a sign of his plan to separate Mumbai from Maharashtra. He said this in the presence of his cousin and former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. The two brothers came together on a political stage for the first time after about 20 years.
Raj Thackeray came with Uddhav after 2 decades
After nearly 2 decades, Uddhav and Raj jointly shared a platform and organized a Vijay Sabha named Marathicha, which aims to celebrate the withdrawal of 2 government orders issued by the government earlier by the government to include Hindi as a third language in state schools.
Meanwhile, Raj Thackeray will start a 3 -day contemplation camp at Igatpuri, a tourist destination of Nashik of the MNS party from Monday. This 3 -day contemplation camp will include all the officials, leaders and organizations of the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena.
