All cricket fans are eagerly waiting for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 tournament. The tournament will be played in India and Sri Lanka in February 2026. 20 teams will participate in this tournament. Currently, 15 teams have qualified for T20 World Cup 2026. Canada qualified
While the European qualifiers have qualified for the ICC T20 World Cup 2026 in the European qualifier, Canada won by defeating Bahamas in the American Qualifier. Canada won all five matches of the American Regional Final. This is his second World Cup in India. Earlier, Canada also qualified in the 2011 ODI World Cup which was hosted in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Talking about Italy team, they have qualified for the T20 World Cup for the first time. The players of the Netherlands were also performing strong and they confirmed their place in the top of the points table. Apart from these three teams, India and Sri Lanka are also participating in the 2026 season, where this tournament will be played. Apart from this, Australia, England, South Africa, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, West Indies and USA have also made their place in this tournament. On the basis of T20 rankings, Ireland, New Zealand and Pakistan have also qualified for the tournament.
Now a collision between these teams
Now two teams will confirm their place with Africa qualifiers. The tournament will be between Namibia, Uganda, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Tanzania, Malwai and Botswana. Apart from this, three teams will qualify with the Asian-EAP qualifier. The tournament will be between Nepal, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Kuwait, Malaysia, Japan, Qatar, Samoha and UAE from 1 October to 17 October.
Talking about the previous season of this tournament, Team India defeated South Africa in the final. Team India, batting first against South Africa, scored 176 runs losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. In response, the South Africa team could score 169 runs. With this victory, Team India won the T20 World Cup trophy for the second time.
