The crime in Patna, the capital of Bihar, is not taking the name of stopping. The latest case is of Ramakrishna Nagar police station area of the capital Patna, where unidentified criminals shot a grocery shopkeeper in Zakariapur area late Friday evening. The shopkeeper was rushed to the hospital for immediate treatment, where he died during treatment.
The deceased shopkeeper has been identified as the owner of Trishna Mart. His name was Vikram Kumar Jha and he was a resident of Darbhanga. According to eyewitnesses, the crooks entered the shop and escaped by shooting the shopkeeper directly in the head. The shopkeeper fell unconscious on the spot as soon as the bullet was shot. As soon as the incident was reported, there was chaos among the people around and a large crowd gathered on the spot.
Nearby CCTV footage is being searched
As soon as the information was received, Ramakrishna Nagar police station immediately reached the spot and sent Vikram to the hospital for treatment, where he died. At present, the police is engaged in a thorough investigation into the case and the nearby CCTV footage is being investigated. An official said that the criminals will be arrested soon. The family of the deceased has also been questioned and an attempt has been made to know if the shopkeeper had an old enmity with anyone.
In Paliganj, miscreants murdered sand businessman
It is worth noting that for the last few days, incidents of targeting traders in the entire Bihar including the capital have been continuously coming to the fore. On Thursday, a sand businessman was shot dead by miscreants in Paliganj when he was walking in his garden.
Earlier, the famous industrialist Gopal Khemka was also shot dead by criminals in the Gandhi Maidan area of the capital. There is an atmosphere of panic in the capital due to these continuous incidents and the business class along with the general public is also feeling insecure. The rising spirits of criminals are raising questions on the police.
