Rana’s Role in the 26/11 Plot
Tahawwur Rana, a boyhood friend of David Coleman Headley, who was the primary plotter and did reconnaissance spots in Mumbai, is already facing suspicion of having assisted in the plotting of the terror attack that happened in 2008.
