A lot of police officers are being sent out
This is the Lucknow Police Commissionerate. They have more than 3,700 police officers. 18 Deputy Commissioners of Police (DCPs), 54 Assistant Commissioners of Police (ACPs), and 654 women staff work for the police force. A “box formation” plan will be used to strategically put officers along important routes, and special teams will be given areas with a lot of people.
Drones and CCTV cameras for watching
Drones will fly over cities like Lucknow and Varanasi and keep an eye on them. Thousands of CCTV cameras will also be set up along parade routes and in other sensitive areas. Teams with sniffer dogs and squads that take out bombs will also be sent to the places to keep them safe.

More than 900 people in the Sambhal area alone have been warned by the state police. They have to put up security bonds of ₹1–5 lakh to promise not to do anything that could be seen as annoying.
