The Madhya Pradesh High Court has now given an important verdict in the controversy related to this ancestral property of Saif Ali Khan. According to the court, the 25 -year -old verdict of the Bhopal trial court has been canceled and a fresh hearing has also been ordered in it. For this, the court has given one year time. So that other heirs can also get justice as soon as possible. This ancestral property was given to Sajida Sultan, the daughter of the elder Begum of the Nawab, who was the great -grandmother of Saif Ali Khan. But the rest of the heirs have raised the demand for property sharing according to Muslim personal law and requested to do it with full transparency.
