Kavita Saini, a pilgrim involved in the first batch of Amarnath pilgrims who departed from Pahalgam base camp, said that this is her first occasion for the Amarnath Yatra. The Amarnath Yatra will conclude on 9 August on the day of Rakshabandhan. Every year millions of devotees from all over the country go to visit Baba Amarnath. So far more than 3,31,000 devotees have registered themselves for this year's visit. Centers have been opened in Saraswati Dham, Vaishnavi Dham, Panchayat Bhawan and Mahajan Sabha in Jammu for immediate registration. These centers are registering 2 thousand devotees daily.
