After the Farewell program, Deputy District Magistrate Ashish Singh drove his government car himself and took Steno to his house. After which everyone is appreciating this initiative in the district and there is a lot of enthusiasm among the employees about this initiative of the officer.
SDM honored junior employee like this
Deputy District Magistrate Ashish Singh said that our steno Dayashankar Shukla retired, he served us for so many years. Due to this, today we got the idea that we should drive the car ourselves and take them to their house. After which we went to leave their house and left. Also we wish for their bright future. This initiative will reduce the distance of officer and employee. Also, other employees will also work well.
'I had read this in books'
Retired employee Dayashankar Shukla told that we feel very good. I had ever read this in books and newspapers, but today it happened to us. For this, I thank SDM sir and today I am feeling very pleasant. More employees who are working will also increase morale with this initiative. If the officials are together with good behavior, then the biggest work becomes easier.
