A road being built in Bihar remains the center of discussion nowadays. Actually, the road is being constructed from Patna to Gaya ji. Road work started at a cost of Rs 100 crore near DM office in Jehanabad. There is a tree in the middle of the road being built with a huge budget. Everyone who is passing through this road is surprised. This negligence can give rise to an accident at any time. Also it can be fatal.
The video and photo of this road is becoming quite viral on social media. Local people say that vehicles are managed during the day, but in the night time, these trees without street lights are causing accidents. Many two -wheelers have collided with these trees in the middle of the road.
In fact, after not getting permission from the forest department, the Road Construction Corporation Department did not cut the trees, but made such a road which everyone is discussing. The Path Construction Corporation made the road rotating around the trees. As a result, trees standing in the middle of the road are causing accidents. The Road Construction Department says that he had already sought NOC from the Forest Department for cutting trees, but till now he has not received approval.
Waiting for NOC
The Road Construction Department said that as soon as NOC is received, these trees will be safely removed, which will make the traffic safe. Case number 06/25 has been registered by the Forest Department on charges of violation of the Forest Act by the user agency. DM Alankrita Pandey has implemented safety measures, describing public education as supreme. Tree reflectors have been installed on all trees, so that people traveling at night can be saved from accident.
What is update about the project?
Talking about the project, the deadline of this project, which started in April 2022, was 2025, but so far only 30 percent work of this project has been completed. The Road Construction Department says that due to trees and encroachments on the route being made, work is not being done continuously, due to which the work is constantly being delayed. Local people are demanding from the government that either the trees should be removed and the road should be made safe or any other measures should be taken.
