In the third match of Big Bash League 2022-23, such a strange sight was seen which has attracted the attention of all the fans. In the ongoing match against Brisbane Heat, something happened with Melbourne Renegades batsman Nick Maddinson, which perhaps no one had expected. Nick Maddinson played a shot on Stickity’s ball and during this time the bails fell down. Maddinson felt that he was out hit-wicket and the opposing team also started celebrating but when the reality came to the fore, everyone was shocked.
Actually Maddison’s foot or bat was not on the wicket and the bails fell down due to the wind. It was revealed when the replays were seen. After this the umpires called Maddinson back.

Apart from Maddison, no other Melbourne batsman could do anything special. Sam Harper scored 21 runs. Jake Fraser scored 3 runs. Former team captain Aaron Finch could score only 4 runs. In the end, Andre Russell definitely hit hard. Russell scored 35 runs in 28 balls. Melbourne, batting first, scored 166 runs in 20 overs.
