43 people were reported missing
Cranes were used to rescue people trapped on the upper floors of a residential building in the city of Dnipro. About 1700 people lived in this building. Some people signaled for help by turning on the flashlight of their mobile phones. The Dnipro city government said on Sunday afternoon that at least 72 people were injured and 43 were missing. According to him, 39 people have been rescued so far.
