According to Pakistan’s local media report, Civil Judge Malik Amman has ordered the issuance of non-bailable warrant against Imran Khan while reserving the judgment in the case. The judge has also rejected the petition of Imran Khan in which the former PM had sought exemption from appearance in the court.

The police had registered a case against Imran Khan in this matter on August 20 last year. Imran Khan is alleged to have warned Additional District and Sessions Judge Jeba Chaudhary and senior police officers of dire consequences during a rally.

In fact, during the rally, Imran Khan had allegedly accused Judge Jeba Chowdhary that she knew that she had tortured jailed PTI leader Shahbaz Gill, then refused to grant bail.

According to the report of tribune.com, Imran Khan’s lawyer Ali Gohar had argued before the court that Imran Khan would be present in the court on March 30 in the Toshakhana case, so he should be directed to appear in this case on the same day. . However, the court refused to accept the argument.
