Pakistan ‘irritated’ by Indian team’s tour of Afghanistan, said – do not want any country to ‘spoil the situation’

To a question on the Indian team’s visit to Kabul and reports of India’s re-opening of embassy in Afghanistan, the spokesperson said, “Our views on India’s role in Afghanistan are historically well known. However, recently at the request of the Afghan authorities, Pakistan allowed the transportation of Indian wheat consignments (to Afghanistan) as a special gesture. He said, “Pakistan does not want any country to play a deteriorating role in the way of a stable and prosperous Afghanistan.

As a continuous help from India, consignments of food grains and medicines are being sent to Afghanistan. The Taliban is also fully welcoming this help. At the same time, Pakistan is so annoyed by this because it wanted to use Taliban against India.
