Nepal (Nepal) Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba (Sher Bahadur DeubaPrime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday (PM Narendra Modi) and will meet Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu. He is in India on a three-day visit. Earlier, he visited External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters and met party president JP Nadda and other leaders. Jaishankar on Friday exuded confidence that the current visit of Nepal Prime Minister to India will further strengthen the ties between the two countries. Jaishankar has said this after meeting Deuba.
In a tweet, the External Affairs Minister said, “Glad to meet the Prime Minister of Nepal Sher Bahadur Deuba during his official visit to India. I am sure that his visit will further strengthen our close neighborly ties. Deuba is on a three-day visit to India with a high level delegation. This is his first visit to India after becoming the Prime Minister of Nepal. Sources said Deuba and Nadda have discussed strengthening ties between their parties. They have also discussed the historical relationship between the two neighbours. Deuba was welcomed by Nadda and BJP’s foreign affairs cell chief Vijay Chauthaiwale among others.
